Ok I have a theme I have made and can you guy's let me know what files I need to patch for the latest version of windows 7 64 bit.

I have googled and all I find is stuff for older builds.

You mean theme file patchers?
There's plenty like uxstyle core, universal theme patcher, vista glazz 2.0 etc.

Universal and Glazz both suck. Get UxStyle if you need a free one.
