The scrollbar thumbs aren't showing up! They just show up black, or completely transparent.

Also, does anyone know where the scrollbar and caption button glyphs are?

For some reason, fixing the sizing margins did it  :D

Above the image there is a combobox.  Click on that to change to the glyph image.

Although, I'm still puzzled as to why the thumbs aren't showing up.

Check your Sizing Margins for them.
